I have over 17 years of experience as an in-house creative, I take pride in my ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, outside agencies and C-suite executives to deliver top-notch work under tight deadlines. I'm a creative leader and a designer at heart, who is calm under pressure and leads by example. I believe my experience, creativity, unique skill set and positive attitude make me a perfect addition to any creative, communications or marketing team.
I'm currently the Director and Head of Creative at Likewize, one of the world's largest tech services companies. Likewize partners with some of the world's biggest brands, banks and OEMs proving a wide range of services and protecting over 40 million customers. In the past 12 years, I've continued to grow and transform, both as a professional and a leader. After starting as a designer, I quickly moved up the ranks and transformed our team into a global in-house agency. Managing a diverse team of creative talent based in the US, UK and Australia, as well as many world class creative agencies, and a global network of talented freelancers, I have been able to drive down costs while continuing to grow the business in a very challenging industry. My core responsibilities include owning design, strategy and creative direction for any piece of marketing collateral used to engage with prospective and existing partners, like Apple, Samsung, Barclays, Verizon, and many others.
From concept to completion, I have used my broad skill set and experience to creatively connect with a wide variety of audiences. In prior roles at Brightstar and State Farm, my focus was on building the brand and establishing a world class work culture. In both roles, I oversaw internal communications programs, video production, web/interactive projects and events.
